29th Annual Walk-A-Thon

September is National Sickle Cell Disease Awareness Month. The members of the Association for Sickle Cell Lower Chattahoochee Region (ASCLCR) recognizes and celebrates persons living with the Sickle Cell disease and their families. Sickle Cell Adult Clinic at Valley Healthcare

The New Adult Sickle Cell Mobile Clinic in Columbus, GA is open! Hematologist Dr. Anthony Onyegbula is from Stockbridge, GA. All adult sickle cell patients in the area are invited to register for services. Family Practice and Internal Medicine physician services are also available during the monthly clinic by Dr. Otis Powell of Atlanta. The new clinic is possible through partnership with the Sickle Cell Foundation of GA.

Sickle Cell Support Group

Join us for our monthly Sickle Cell Support Group meetings. The meeting is every 2nd Tuesday of the month. We host these meetings at Piedmont Conference Center at 5:00pm. The support group meeting is open to the public. Any warriors and their supporters are welcomed. Light refreshments will be served.
